Zucchini Jelly

This easy and great way to use zucchini was given to me by my Grandmother many years ago and is still requested by friends and family today. Any flavor gelatin will work, but I have found apricot and strawberry to work best.

Step: 1

Combine the zucchini, sugar, pineapple, and lemon juice in a large pot over medium heat. Boil mixture until the zucchini is clear; remove from heat. Add gelatin mix and stir until completely dissolved.

Step: 2

Ladle into hot, sterilized jars to within about 1/4 inch of the top. Seal, and process in a boiling water canner for 5 minutes.

One of most clear way to choose a side dish is to caught at your main dish (pasta, chicken, seared tofu) and pick something different. When you’re making pasta, go for a simple healthy dish . Making steak? Go for more light. If you’re want to cooking stir-fry with rice, it must not a good idea to adjust with make a rice salad.

This also can apply to cooking process . You don’t want to overcommit your oven by scheduling three dishes at once in there, or be rounding four pans on the cooking items . But sometimes you can make a dish do more often .
