Mix drippings and flour together in a small bowl to make a paste.

Combine broth with turkey giblets and neck in a pot. Bring to a boil. Whisk in the paste. Reduce heat to low and let simmer, stirring occasionally, until thickened, about 10 minutes. Remove turkey giblets and neck before serving.
