Traditional Sausage Stuffing

Sausage stuffing flavored with carrots, celery, and parsley.

INGRIDIENT

Step: 1

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.

Step: 2

In a large skillet, cook sausage over medium heat for 5 minutes.

Step: 3

Add celery, onions, and carrots.

Step: 4

Cook and stir 5 to 10 minutes longer, until sausage is no longer pink and vegetables are tender.

In a large bowl, combine the sausage mixture and stuffing cubes. Stir in chicken broth, eggs, and parsley; toss to combine.

Step: 6

Spoon into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.

Step: 7

Cover and bake for 30 minutes.

Step: 8

Uncover and bake 10 minutes longer or until an instant-read thermometer inserted into the center reads 160 degrees F and top is lightly browned.
