Minted Lemon Asparagus

An easy spring side dish that doesn’t mask the asparagus’s unique flavor, and is done in just 3 easy steps. Top with feta cheese for extra tang, or use slivered almonds for a milder flavor and a little crunch. Serve hot or cold.

In a small bowl, mix together the lemon juice and mint. Set aside.
