Mediterranean Tahini Sauce

This Mediterranean sauce tastes just like the ones served in restaurants. The amount of garlic used can be adjusted to taste. Usually served with chicken, lamb, falafel, fish, or rice. Can also be used as a dip or sauce for sandwiches.

Combine water, yogurt, tahini, lemon juice, olive oil, parsley, garlic, vinegar, salt, and pepper in a large bowl; whisk until sauce is a little runny but still coats a spoon.
