Hot Sauce

I got this recipe from a USDA man that worked at the same place I did. I call it Dough’s Hot Sauce. It is very good, but use gloves on the peppers.

Step: 1

In a large pot combine tomatoes, Anaheim peppers, jalapeno peppers, poblano peppers, bell peppers, onion, carrots, celery, garlic, vinegar and salt. Cook over medium heat for 3 hours.

Step: 2

Process in batches in a food processor or blender. Pour into hot, sterilized jars and seal. Refrigerate after opening.

Go for something light. If you’re making stir-fry with rice, it must not a good idea to adjust with make a rice salad.

This also can make to cooking method . You don’t want to overcommit your oven by making to do list three dishes at once in there, or be juggling four pans on the cooking items . But sometimes you can make a dish do more often .
