Grilled Cinnamon Toast

Cinnamon toast with a unique twist. While grilling, the butter mixture caramelizes, and as it cools, it develops a bit of a crunch.

Step: 1

Mix brown sugar and cinnamon into the softened butter. Spread cinnamon butter over each slice of brioche.

Step: 2

Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat. Spray grates with nonstick spray.

Step: 3

Place each slice of brioche on the grill, buttered-side down. Grill until caramelized, 1 to 2 minutes. Transfer to a serving platter.
