Chopped sweet potatoes are baked with brown sugar, caramel topping and butter, then finished with a layer of roasted marshmallows.

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).

Place sweet potatoes in an 8x8 inch square baking dish. Pour caramel over potatoes. Sprinkle with sugar and dot with butter.
