Creamy Corn Slaw

One of my favorite go-to summer corn recipes.

Step: 1

Toss corn, carrots, green pepper, and onions in a salad bowl.

Step: 2

Combine sour cream, mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, mustard, and salt in a small bowl. Pour over corn mixture and mix well. Refrigerate for several hours before serving.

The most clear way to pick a side dish is to caught at your main dish (pasta, chicken, seared tofu) and choose more different. If you’re making pasta, make sure for a simple vegetable . Making steak? Go for something light. If you’re making stir-fry with rice, it must not a good idea to also make a rice salad.
