Avocado Dressing For Salads

I hope you people like this recipe as much as I do. It was given to me by a friend a few years ago when I asked for a dressing recipe for green salad. This is very smooth and fantastic-tasting. Store, covered, in the refrigerator. Use within a few hours to prevent discoloration.
